Cherry

The birds and squirrels have done a fantastic job of sowing cherry seeds all throughout downtown Sandpoint. Sadly, the animals don’t have an eye for appropriate spacing and surrounding hazards, thus making poor landscapers. We’ve removed many a cherry from fence lines and foundations. Depending on the time of year, we strip the limbs of fruit even as they are running through the chipper, trying to savor all we can before it gets turned to pulp.

The cherry cookie recently SOLD, but we’re always adding more to our inventory.
